REGULAR MEMBERHSIP
Regular Members are the hands-on builders of WJDS—serving on the General Meeting to approve our Bylaws, shape the Association’s direction, and vote on key agenda items—while also playing a pivotal role in our program R&D and operations
Your expertise and guidance would also be highly valuable in strengthening the educational quality, credibility, and public-interest nature of our programs, including future international competitions and leadership camps

WJDS welcomes three member groups:
Honorary Members, Regular Members, and Junior Members (ages 10–under 18)
so, everyone can contribute in the way that fits them best

Article 5 (Classification and Eligibility of Members)
The members of this organization shall be individuals or institutions that support the organization’s purpose, regardless of nationality (including Korean nationals and foreign nationals worldwide), and shall be classified as follows:
① Regular Members:
Experts, legal professionals, etc. in diplomacy and international law, international politics, education or related fields whose membership is approved
② Junior Members:
Students aged 10 or older and 18 or younger whose membership is approved
③ Honorary Members:
Individuals or institutions that have contributed to the organization’s purpose, such as embassies, central or local governments, and public institutions
Junior Members must submit a consent form from a guardian (legal representative) when applying for membership
All members shall comply with the organization’s bylaws and all related rules and regulations and shall act to achieve the organization’s purpose

Honorary Members and Junior Members are fee-waived, while Regular Members may have annual dues depending on the Bylaws and Board resolutions
As a non-profit unincorporated association, WJDS may charge only cost-based participation fees necessary to operate competitions or activities;
These funds are not distributed to any officers and are used exclusively for the Association’s purpose-driven programs

Official Recognition & Prestige:
Your name, title (or organization) may be listed as an Honorary Member on WJDS’s website and key event materials, strengthening public credibility—only if you consent
Priority Invitation to Signature Events:
Receive priority invitations to major WJDS events (World Junior International Law Mock Trial Competition, Global Leadership Camps) and VIP guest access when available
Curated Updates & Briefings:
Get concise briefings on program outcomes, judging frameworks, and impact highlights—useful for staying informed without spending time on operations

Hands-on International Law & Diplomacy Experience:
Work through real international issues—from identifying key disputes to building arguments and delivering advocacy—so you can think like a future diplomats, international legal professionals
Global Communication Skills:
Build persuasive speaking and writing skills through English presentations, debates, and team collaboration, strengthening your logic and delivery

Produce tangible outputs—research notes, written submissions, briefs, and oral advocacy scripts—that you can use for your academic and career portfolio

Official Role & Reference (upon request):
If you wish, your role within WJDS (Advisor, Research Contributor, Judge Panel Reviewer) can be formally stated and used in official introductions or professional profiles
Opportunities to Serve as a Judge, Advisor (optional):
If you are interested, you may have opportunities to participate as a judge, mentor, or guest speaker for competitions and camps (roles and timing are fully optional and based on availability)
Co-Developing Education & Evaluation Frameworks:
Hands-on experience designing judging criteria and evaluation frameworks can be recognized as high-level practical expertise in education, international law and diplomacy-related fields

We can publicly acknowledge your contributions on key event pages and reports (or keep them private if you prefer), supporting both credibility and professional visibility
