  • - Early Bird Deadline: June 26, 2026 (Cap: 30 participants)

    - Final Registration Deadline: August 16, 2026 (Strictly capped at 100 total participants)

    - Official Case & Guidelines Release: August 26, 2026

    - 1 Page English Written Submission: September 26, 2026

    - Quarterfinalist Announcement: October 16, 2026

    - Quarterfinals, Semifinals & Finals (Offline): December 18–20, 2026

  • - Youth aged 10–18 as of the general registration deadline (August 16, 2026)

    - Date of birth: August 17, 2007 – August 16, 2016

    - Current university students and those on leave of absence are NOT eligible to participate

  • students who are currently enrolled in high school at the age of 19 and meet the academic eligibility exceptions outlined below may participate without being subject to the lower date of birth restriction

    * Academic Status & Exceptions: 

    - Enrolled Students: 

    Students who are currently enrolled in high school and have turned 19 years of age as of the registration deadline due to the specific academic calendar of their country are eligible to participate upon submission of a Certificate of Enrollment


    - Non-Enrolled / Homeschooled Students: 

    Students who have received official recognition of high school graduation equivalency under applicable education laws, or who are enrolled in an equivalent educational program (including homeschooling or a high school equivalency examination), are also eligible to participate upon submission of official proof of academic status

    * Note: Current university/college students and those on academic leave are NOT eligible to participate under any circumstances)

  • * First-time moot court participants are welcome

    * No prior knowledge of international law is required

    Participants are grouped by age (10–12, 13–15, 16–18) to ensure a fair and engaging experience

    * This competition is not about memorizing laws

    * Instead, it invites young participants to explore international legal issues surrounding AI-assisted creativity, human creative contribution, and international intellectual property disputes within a fictional K-POP multimedia universe, while developing logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • - Participants compete as either an Applicant Team or a Respondent Team

    - Each team must consist of 2 to 3 students

  • The final payment amount is a fixed rate that factors in financial institution tracking baseline standards and foreign exchange volatility risk buffers; no retrospective refunds regarding exchange rate differences shall be issued

  • This competition considers the official release of the competition cases and guidelines—scheduled to be dispatched to your registered email address on August 26, 2026, at 20:00 KST—as the official commencement of service utilization (accessible state) for digital content

    Following this specific timestamp, all cancellations and refund requests shall be strictly prohibited under Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act, regardless of whether the email has been opened or the files have been downloaded

    (In the event that the competition is canceled due to the host organization’s internal circumstances or force majeure, registration fees will either be fully refunded or rolled over to the next tournament)

    Should the competition be cancelled due to circumstances attributable to the Organizer or force majeure (including natural disasters), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to defer their registration to the next competition

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided during registration is the sole responsibility of the participant. The Organizing Committee shall bear no liability for any non-delivery, nor shall it issue refunds, for issues caused by recipient-side factors or negligence, including but not limited to typo errors in the email address, spam filter filtering, or mailbox capacity limits exceeding

  • Participants advancing to the Semifinals (Round of 4) and Grand Finals for the live, in-person oral rounds are hereby notified that they must fully cover their own travel expenses (including airfare and visa issuance fees) and accommodation costs
